We had an incredible experience at your resort. Mr. Suresh’s thoughtful assistance and kindness made a real impact, and we are grateful for everything he did for us. Our team left with nothing but positive memories and was extremely pleased with the service. The food, too, was a memorable highlight that added so much to our trip.

so my child came here for a field trip from his school and he told me about the trip so i decided to write a review . my child liked it, but it was expensive because there was only 2-3 activities,for them. the food was okay but there was not all food in the menu given in the document of the field trip as it is a pet friendly resort ,the atmosphere was very nice as it had a nice lush green ground for the pets to play but sadly there was dog poop in the dining area and many other places there was a lot of chlorine in the swimming pool water overall it was a 3.3 star rating from me

My review is about Villa 3. Very disappointed with the resort which said it is pet friendly. We went there to take a break where our dogs could be left out in the lawn for them to play and were told that dogs will have their space. But we had to keep our dogs inside the room itself and leave them out for very little time. Rooms were soo worn out kinds that during our stay we felt that they over charged us for a villa where half the things weren't working. Also we were charged a huge sum of money for 2 kg chicken n some rice for the dogs which then they reduced. I would not suggest Villa 3 to anyone. The surrounding is very nice and they have a huge place for people to play and even for dogs. Good was okayish since we ended up with food poisoning for some reason during our stay itself the next day. Some people/staff are very kind but we had a bad experience too.
